Holiday appointments are an additional $100. Please text to inquire about availability. BOOKING & DEPOSITS A nonrefundable and nontransferable deposit is required to book ANY service. Your deposit is applied toward your remaining service balance. Please read all service descriptions and policies carefully before booking. Deposits will not be refunded for appointments booked incorrectly or without reviewing the booking requirements. ILLNESS POLICY If you are currently experiencing, or have experienced, symptoms of a potentially contagious illness within 48 hours of your appointment, please do not attend your appointment. This also applies if you have had close contact with someone experiencing a suspected contagious illness. If you become sick or are exposed to a potentially contagious illness after booking, please notify me as soon as possible rather than attending your appointment. Clients who arrive displaying symptoms of illness will be asked to leave and reschedule. A mask does not override this policy. Please wait until ALL symptoms have completely resolved before rebooking. For the health and safety of myself and all clients, no exceptions will be made. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT Unless otherwise stated in your service description, please arrive with your hair: • Washed • Thoroughly detangled • Product-free I will blow-dry and moisturize your hair prior to styling. Following these instructions is important to ensure enough appointment time and the best possible outcome for your service. WIGS, CLOSURES & FRONTALS Lace wigs, closures, and frontals requiring customization must be dropped off at least 48 hours before your appointment. I do not provide same-day lace customization. If your unit is not received at least 48 hours before your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. If you live 45+ minutes away and cannot drop your unit off within the required timeframe, please contact me beforehand so arrangements can be discussed. If you do not want your unit customized, please communicate that before your appointment. Failure to communicate a delay or make prior arrangements may result in cancellation. ARRIVAL & GUESTS Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. There is a 10-minute grace period. If you are not seated within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled. There is no late fee—only cancellation after the grace period. Because I am a home-based stylist, no additional guests are permitted. This allows me to keep my living areas private, safe, and clear during appointments. Guests will be asked to leave or wait elsewhere. I value your time just as much as I expect you to value mine. If I am significantly behind schedule, an appropriate discount will be applied to your service. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS You may reschedule your appointment ONE time and transfer your deposit to the new appointment, provided you reschedule within the required notice period. After your first reschedule, any additional date change requires you to cancel and book a new appointment with a new deposit. If you cancel rather than reschedule, your original deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable to another appointment or service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, including same-day cancellations, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. NO-CALL/NO-SHOWS No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price and will no longer be eligible to book future appointments. STYLIST CANCELLATIONS If I have to cancel your appointment for a reason on my end, your deposit will be refunded in full. This does not apply when an appointment must be canceled because booking requirements or salon policies were not followed, including late arrival, incorrect booking, illness-policy violations, or failure to provide a unit for required customization. FINAL PAYMENTS Final payments may be made via: • Cash — preferred • Cash App • Zelle Please do not submit your final payment through the booking site. Payments processed through the site are subject to the applicable processing fee. LOCATION & PARKING I am conveniently located approximately 5 minutes from Camp North End and Uptown Charlotte. The exact address will be provided in your appointment confirmation email. If you do not receive the address, please contact me before your appointment. Upon arrival, please use street/parallel parking outside of the resident gate. Parking inside the resident gate requires a resident parking pass. Please secure your vehicle and personal belongings. Cancellation Policy

There is a 100% cancellation fee for no call no shows, unreasonable & same day cancellations. If you cancel the same day with a valid reason and reschedule for a future appointment your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment. You must reschedule within 24 hrs to avoid being charged the cancellation fee. Otherwise your deposit will not be refunded and you will be charged 100% of the service fee through the site.
